Ingredients:
- 200g Chowmein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chili garlic sauce, for serving
Method:
- Cook the Chowmein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and garlic and stir-fry until softened.
- Add mixed vegetables and cooked chicken. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with chili garlic sauce on the side.
