Ingredients
  • 12 oz (340g) pasta of your choice (e.g., penne, fusilli, or farfalle)
  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups (475ml) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup (250g) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120g) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60g) chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, and marinara sauce. Mix well to combine.
  6. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, add the pasta mixture and top with the mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar cheese.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
