Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced

Method:
- Step 1: Sauté the Onions and Garlic
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Step 2: Add the Potatoes
- Add sliced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, until they start to soften.
