Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Brush mixture on both sides of chicken breast and grill until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
