Chicken Caesar Wraps

 Description: Tender grilled chicken wrapped in a crispy tortilla with creamy Caesar dressing and crunchy romaine lettuce.



Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Brush mixture on both sides of chicken breast and grill until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  4. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  5. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, Caesar dressing, and shaved parmesan cheese.
  6. Add sliced chicken to the bowl and toss to combine.
  7. Spoon mixture onto tortilla wraps and serve immediately.
