Ingredients:
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Method:
- Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
- Add the egg and mix until just combined.
- Add the breadcrumbs and mix until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
- Shape into small nugget shapes.
- Fry the nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per batch.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
