Chicken Nuggets

 


Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
Method:
  1. Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
  3. Add the egg and mix until just combined.
  4. Add the breadcrumbs and mix until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  5. Shape into small nugget shapes.
  6. Fry the nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per batch.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
