Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken mince
- 1 large onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Method
- Prepare the spice mix: In a small bowl, combine cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili flakes, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
- Cook the chicken: In a large pan, heat the ghee or oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the spice mix: Add the prepared spice mix to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the chicken: Add the minced chicken and spice mix to the pan and cook until fully browned and cooked through about 5-6 minutes.
- Cool and mix: Let the mixture cool, then mix in the lemon juice, chopped cilantro, eggs, breadcrumbs, and flour.
- Shape into patties: Divide the mixture into 8-10 portions and shape each into a small patty.
- Fry the patties: Heat about 1-2 inches of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve: Serve hot as you like.
