Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

 Crunchy and flavorful roasted chickpeas are perfect for snacking.




Ingredients:
  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the chickpeas and remove any loose skins.
  3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Serve hot.
