Spinach and Artichoke Dip

creamy and delicious dip perfect for snacking.




Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
