Ingredients:
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
