Ingredients
For the marinade:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked.
- Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and prepare the garlic sauce.
- Serve the kebabs hot with garlic sauce, tabbouleh, and pita bread.
